Briefed before every change
A session starts with brief: every guardrail, the open tasks and the latest decisions. Agents recall before each change. Both are free.
A ledger of what your project decided, learned the hard way and forbade, plus a task queue, that Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and any MCP client read before they act and add to as they work. Agents stop repeating reverted changes, and a new session starts where the last one stopped.

A straightforward API, with the tools to take it from your first experiment to production.
A session starts with brief: every guardrail, the open tasks and the latest decisions. Agents recall before each change. Both are free.
A new decision retires the one it replaces, with a pointer to it, so agents never act on something the team reversed.
An agent claims a task before starting it. A claim lasts two hours unless renewed, so a crashed agent never holds work for ever.
One ledger per team, with who wrote each entry. Browse, edit, delete, export and import it on the dashboard's Ledger page.
Claude Code, Cursor and Codex read the same ledger, so a lesson one agent learns stops the others repeating the mistake.
Every key on a team account sees the same decisions and guardrails, and each entry says who wrote it.
Agents claim tasks before starting them, and claims run out, so two sessions never do the same job and none is left stuck.

Any MCP client, including Claude Code, Cursor and Codex, through the MCP endpoint at /mcp. Anything else can call the REST API with an API key.
Only recording a new entry. Recall, claiming a task and retiring an entry are free and unmetered, and a failed request is never charged.
Only your account and its team. Entries are kept until you delete them on the Ledger page or delete your account, and are never used to train models.
Record the new one with supersedes set to the old entry's id. The old one is retired: hidden from recall but kept, with a pointer to its replacement.
Yes. The dashboard's Ledger page lists every project and entry, with search, edit, retire and permanent delete, and exports a project as JSON or Markdown. Import reads those files back, or Markdown with a heading per entry.
Every recall and brief tells the agent the entries are notes, not instructions, and flags any entry worded like a prompt injection. Each entry records which key or person wrote it, so you can find and delete it.
Its claim runs out, after two hours by default, and the task is open to the next agent. An agent that stops early can release the task straight away.
